Biography: Now in his thirtieth year of practice, Steven E. Cope has become a recognized authority in Maine in areas of Bankruptcy Law; the impact of bankruptcy and reorganization on public utilities; UCC Article 9 and other asset sales and transfers; and business entity formation and dissolution. He serves as a frequent presenter and instructor at Continuing Legal Education seminars, and edited the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, published by Matthew Bender & Company, in 1978 and 1979.
